1. Order Confirmation & Processing
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.
Standard Products: Dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Made-to-Order / Handcrafted Pieces: 5–10 business days depending on design complexity.
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Customers will be informed in case of
unforeseen delays.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines (India)
Estimated delivery timelines from dispatch:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
Non-Metro Locations: 5–8 business days.
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to force majeure events.
3. Shipping Charges

6. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If delivery fails due to incorrect details or refusal, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
1. Do not discard packaging.
2. Record an unboxing video from seal opening.
3. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@alankaras.com.
Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
8. Delays Beyond Control (Force Majeure)
Alankaras shall not be liable for delays arising from natural disasters, governmental restrictions,
strikes, logistics disruptions, or public emergencies.
9. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
Once dispatched, cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Compliance & Transparency
In accordance with Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:
